Cycle Club Website

Dunmow Velo had a website that worked well for existing members but did not help to attract new members. They wanted to have the website redesigned so that it served a dual purpose of being both a membership and a marketing tool. They also wanted to be able to rely on support for that website from both a technical and content perspective.

Project

Working in conjuntion with our HO technical team we transferred the existing site and the functionality allowing members to create and organise rides. This was preserved and replicated in a new site with more pages where informaton about the club could be presented in an appealing and effective way.

Objectives

Take over the existing site and functionality and design a new site around that. Showcase the club and what it provides in order to encourage new membership enquiries. Include functionality to allow the club to add news updates. Be a resource that the club can rely on to make timely updates and amenedments

Outcome

The new website now makes it clear that this is an active local cycle club that encourages new members. Existing members can still make use of the functionality to add/sign up for rides. The look and feel of the site is much more appealing and it is easy for visitors to navigate and find information.
