New Website for Braintree Business

Platinum Hot Tubs (PHT) approached us to revamp their website. We had been recommended to them by a business partner of theirs and client of ours – always a nice feeling! PHT wanted a completely new look and layout for their website to reflect the quality products they sell and service and expertise they provide.

We liaised with PHT, looking at other companies in the sector and also worked with PHT's supplier who provided a lot of the content for the products. We created an initial design idea and then refined with input from PHT.

Objectives

Create a good customer journey for visitors to the website, allowing them to see the range of options that PHT provide and the quality of services they provide.

Outcome

The new website is smart, easy to use and informative. Customer feedback has been very positive.
