Wardrobe is an independent ladies fashion boutique in our local town and a long standing client. In the past they had decided against a full Ecommerce site as it wasn’t suited to the way their customers shop and the personal service that is provided.

Project

During the latter part of 2019 we had completed a redesign and upgrade of their site moving to our WordPress Fortress environment. This resulted in the site you see today with a modern, fashionable but quality feel to it.

Objectives

March 2020 arrived and Wardrobe had to close their doors. There was an urgent need to show more items on the website and to facilitate some form of online payment. We were able to work with Nikki to greatly increase the number of images on the site and to introduce an 'easy' payment option.

Outcome

The site allows Wardrobe to showcase the great clothing ranges they have, whilst retaining the personal feel that the clientele expect. Going forward we will be exploring full Ecommerce again and hope the flexibility of WordPress will make that more suitable for Wardrobe this time around

We have been working with Lisa & Reece at Activ for over 10 years now. They offer a professional, personal bespoke service to each business. They are always on hand to discuss new ideas. Reece created a beautiful new look for our website back in 2019. As we entered Lockdown last March, they worked around the clock to get our website updated and online payments enabled as quickly as possible, so we still had a trading presence, which was really appreciated. Working with a small independent business has so many benefits!
